I love formulating new recipes and can’t think of anything better than a recipe for a chocolate hazelnut pie! When I received the Once Again™ Amoré Hazelnut Spread, I wanted to make a recipe that my family would enjoy as a light snack but also one that wouldn’t take all day prep in the kitchen.
With just five ingredients, voilà, my recipe for Amoré Hazelnut Mini Pies was complete! This is the perfect cool treat with summer quickly approaching, and because they are mini pies, portion control is much easier!
Ingredients for Amoré Hazelnut Mini Pies:
1, 8 oz. block 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 c. confectioners powdered sugar
½ c. Once Again™ Amoré Hazelnut Spread
6 mini graham cracker pie crusts
1 container whipped topping
Directions to Prepare the Mini Pies:
1. Add the cream cheese to a microwave safe container and soften in the microwave.
2. Add the confectioners powdered sugar to the cream cheese and stir well.
3. Stir in the Once Again™ Amoré Hazelnut Spread until all ingredients are well blended.
4. Fill mini graham cracker pie crusts with mixture. Chill in the refrigerator and top with whipped topping before serving.
* Amoré Hazelnut Mini Pies are best served chilled.
*Recipe makes 6 mini pies with a little pie filling left over to sample with your favorite fruit!
